Alissa Janke
Alissa represents clients in a variety of areas, including:
- Civil/commercial litigation
- Estate planning
- Probate
- Landlord/tenant
- NFA/Gun trusts
Alissa also serves as court-appointed Guardian Ad Litem in personal injury cases involving minors and Attorney Ad Litem in guardianship, heirship, and tax cases.
Alissa is very involved in the community. She currently serves on the board of her local chapter of the American Business Women’s Association. She also serves on the Education Committee of The Colony Chamber of Commerce and on the Covenants Committee of her homeowners’ association. Additionally, Alissa serves as an Associate Judge for the City of The Colony where she adjudicates individuals charged with class C misdemeanors and magistrates individuals arrested for all levels of crime.
